Tom Stolp is a PhD candidate at the Research Centre for Education and the Labor Market (ROA), Maastricht University. He completed the Economic and Financial Research Master at Maastricht University in 2012. His bachelor degree in Economics was also obtained in Maastricht. Tom’s research interests are labor economics, behavioral economics, and applied microeconometrics. Currently, he is investigating the self-selection of risk-averse individuals into labor market institutions characterized by different levels of earnings risk.
