Giorgio Brunello is full professor of Economics at the Faculty of Economics, Università di Padova, Italy since 1998. He completed his Ph.D. in economics at Osaka University in 1987. Brunello worked as an associate professor at Osaka University between 1987 and 1998 and at Venice University between 1990 and 1996. He also served as professor of Economics at Udine University between 1997 and 1998. His main research interests are economics of education and training, applied health economics, personnel economics, and labour economics.
